Physical Therapist & Owner
Melissa has completed both her Bachelors of Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Manitoba. Melissa has always had a passion for movement, exercise and holistic health care. Growing up competing in hockey, softball, track and field and volleyball has instilled a passion for lifelong activity.
During a softball game in 2022, Melissa suffered a major knee injury, tearing both meniscus and her ACL. After having surgery Melissa experienced what it was like being on the physio table. From this experience, Melissa has a passion for all types of knee injuries and understands everything you go through from preparing for a surgery, being on crutches, to trying to get back to regular life and sport.
Melissa is active in a physical therapy mentorship program that focuses on orthopeadic injuries, strength training rehab and proper testing to navigate the rehab process more effectively. She has taken many continuing education courses on the knee and is currently enrolled in a program to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This is a specialized course that focuses scientific knowledge to complete sport-specific testing, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs. She is also certified in Acupuncture.

Physical Therapist
Jennifer Penman graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Medical Rehabilitation with a degree in Physical Therapy in 2004. She has focused in orthopaedic physiotherapy issues since 2004. She has been apart of the Oakbank community since 2011.
Jennifer is a fitness and health enthusiast. In University she competed in Cross Country and Track & Field with the University of Manitoba Bisons. She continues to enjoy an active lifestyle including running, hiking, paddling, and cross-country skiing. She is passionate about motivating others to be active.
Jennifer strongly believes in continuous lifelong learning. She is certified in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. She has completed numerous continuing education courses, including the Orthopaedic Division of Canada Level 1 and Level 2.
Jennifer looks forward to helping you achieve a healthy and active lifestyle.
Physical Therapist
Kelsi holds a master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba. Prior to completing her Masters, she completed a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto where she played for the Varsity Blues Women’s Hockey Team. She is also a high-performance female hockey coach in Manitoba and a CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist.
From a young age, Kelsi was exposed to physiotherapy, as it was a vital component to her athletic pursuits. She has a very good understanding of what it’s like to live an active lifestyle and the importance of being able to stay healthy to enjoy every minute of it. With each of her patients, she takes great pride in getting to know them and help them meet their goals using a holistic, evidence-based approach - empowering you to pursue your passions without limitations.
Kelsi is new to the Springfield area, living with her husband and 2 dogs, and is excited to support the community and get to know everyone!
Physical Therapist
Natalie graduated with a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba in 2020. Her background includes an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education (2010) and a Masters of Science degree completed in London, England (2012). Natalie’s involvement in sport while growing up in southern Ontario and personal experience with previous sports injuries led her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy.
Natalie’s approach to treatment includes hands-on joint mobilizations, myofascial release and exercise prescription to promote recovery. She also includes patient education as a core component of her treatment approach. Natalie believes in lifelong learning - she has completed additional training in pelvic floor physiotherapy, rehabilitation following cesarean section, cupping massage, as well as completing the Level I Orthopaedic certification.
Outside of work, you’ll find Natalie being active outdoors with her young family - canoeing, camping, hiking, biking, and birding.
Registered Massage Therapist
Tamara Rogocki graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 1998. She practiced at a busy physiotherapy clinic in Winnipeg, MB for 10 years and moved to Oakbank with her family in 2008.
To say she is passionate about Massage Therapy and it’s benefits is an understatement. Since graduating she has taken many courses to complement her practice such as myofascial release, sports massage, pregnancy massage and trigger point therapy just to name a few.
Tamara’s goal is too provide her clients with a great massage, whether it to be increase range of motion, decrease pain through therapeutic treatment or reduce stress through a general relaxation massage.
She is humbled to be apart of a clients health journey and is determined in giving her clients the best care needed.

Carly Humen graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in June 2018. Prior to entering the field of massage therapy Carly worked as a bookkeeper for a non-profit organization for 10 years. She has always had a strong desire to help people and decided to follow her dream of becoming a massage therapist due to her strong belief in the countless emotional, mental and physical benefits of Massage Therapy.
While completing her training at Wellington College, Carly developed a strong passion for the wellness and overall health of her clients. By providing assessment-based treatments that are tailored to the specific needs of each individual client, she strives to provide the best therapeutic outcome with each appointment.
Carly strongly believes that a career in massage therapy involves lifelong learning and is excited to work with such an amazing team.

Lisa Taylor-Moore graduated from Wellington College Remedial Massage Therapy in June 2020. While training at Wellington she completed courses in Reflexology, Hot Stone and Spa Practice. Lisa has developed a passion for the care of her clients and tailors each appointment to her client’s needs.
Her outgoing personality, smile and passion shows you the care she has for her clients. Her future plans are to take courses for pre and post-natal massage, cupping, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage.
When not at work you’ll find her spending time with her husband and kids, camping, gardening and playing with her dogs. She also enjoys volunteering with her favorite animal rescue, Manitoba Mutts Dog Rescue.
Registered Massage Therapist
A graduate of Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies, Brittney is trained in osteopathic based assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Being a part of the health care field has always been a passion of hers, and she strives to help her patients return to optimum health through therapeutic rehabilitation of soft tissue injuries. She has additional training in reflexology, hot stone massage, breast massage, somatic stretching, cupping therapy and pregnancy massage.
When not working, she enjoys being at home with her family and pets. Brittney looks forward to meeting you and helping you receive all the benefits remedial massage therapy has to offer!
